I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Massachusetts - Boston, and am currently completing the next steps toward professional registration and certification in Alberta and Canada. My approach is attachment-informed and collaborative. I want to understand where you have been, what you have learned along the way, and what is or isn’t working for you. I believe therapy is a relationship built on clear boundaries, consistency, honesty, and safety. Most importantly, how you feel in the room matters.
